Main application:
The product is the disintegrant of tablet, and can be added internally or externally. It can also be added both internally and externally. It has hygroscopicity, and is superior to common carboxymethyl starch sodium in the aspects of swelling and fluidity, and it is one of the most ideal superdisintegrants in domestic. The product also overcomes the “adhesion” effect caused by common adhesive to effective constituent of drugs, accelerates drug dissolution, and thus greatly improves bioavailability of drugs. Super swelling property of the product reduces the effect of delayed disintegration caused by non-hydrophilic lubricant in solid preparation. It has good disintegration effect in direct compression or wet granulation. The product is suitable for dispersible tablet, rapidly disintegrating tablet and dispersible tablet of Chinese medical extract, and the dosage generally is 1/4—1/5 of common carboxymethyl starch sodium.
